Climbing less than 100 feet/mile is not really notable for running on the Front Range and is an exceptionally easy day for any mountain runner of Seth's caliber. It is very hard to understand the benefit of running 8:30 miles downhill at the end of a run like that-- again, especially for someone at his fitness level.
