Should he be impeached? Probably, although I could have fun with that argument by invoking various ethical and philosophic ideas. I still don't think it's politically prudent to do so, especially over something like this. The Russia thing was way more compromising to our national security and it seems like that's pretty much forgotten already. This readout was obviously constructed to look like a transcript. It was released early and before the whistle blower report so as to control and define everyone's initial impression. Likely the more damaging stuff was left out.

Why are they not doing what they are supposed to do? This is a witch hunt with a capital "H!"

They can't help it if Trump did something impeachable they day after Mueller finally testified.

They are passing bills, but the senate is taking them up.
