a million pound = about 1.5 million US or 30,000 a week about the gross of a nice small local hang out burgers and beer bar.

2000 miles into the attempt? I would guess less than 1,000 miles if he subtracts how much was "run" in the RV.

He obviously paid for the Premium package when he bought those FB followers.

I've thought of the best way to troll Rob Young and company. Get Laz to supply a bunch of his white dress shirts to LRC members in New York. When Rob goes to meet his "fans", everyone in the white dress shirts stand in a straight line and say "FOR THE CHILDREN!" and jump into a waiting RV.

And I also declare an LRC boycott on SKINS products because it is clear they are a key player in the scam.

They're trying to save face.

(1) We will NEVER see the data. Mark my words. It's impossible to doctor the data in a way that will match the limited data exposed by the facebook pics of tomtom data or the live tracker. By saying he will release it, he's hoping it'll all fade and everyone will forget about it.

(2) He will NEVER attempt the US transcon record again. He knows he will be scrutinized from start to finish, and he is incapable of stringing 66/day end upon end. Saying he'll attempt it again simply saves face as if this one was only derailed by injury.

(3) I'm not sure he will ever race again in the US, other than something like a single event like the Chicago Marathon (on his schedule for this fall) where no one would expect him to do anything extraordinary. He knows most letsrunners are Americans (but of course, not all). He will not do a 6-day race because it will expose he's incapable of his claims.

He's simply trying to maintain his image with his followers with every word of this carefully crafted statement.

Some of the ones posting are probably Dustin using his multiple personality disorder.

Sort of followed him?

They tracked him 24 hours a day for 5 days making Robbie run the distance during that time. Robbie couldn't run that much and stopped.

Actually yes. Before the thing blew up, a few fans had been posting photos of them with him along the run. I came across one on Lisa Smith-Batchen's page (it wasn't her... someone linked her) that was taken in Missouri just before the geezers joined.

These are some of the sources of "this is bogus" info because in them (as recorded by a 3rd party), he is very pale, very hydrated, and very loose. You can contrast one with photos from just a few days later where he is sunburnt, sagging skin, losing weight, clearly exhausted... pretty much what a person SHOULD look like after a few days or weeks of running a bunch of miles.

Yet oddly, he made it through the desert and over the mountains and through the first days of midwest heat/humidity looking like he does in the fan photos.
