Correct. No more distractions. Channel that love for Democracy and get rid of the poison.
The love for Democracy that has you voting for someone who got 5% of the vote in the previous primary, but is now the anointed one? Say what you will about Trump, he actually won his primary.
Only dumb ass idiots voted in repub primary for that POS
Are you listening to Biden's address? I love it. He has nothing to lose, and he's going all out: reform the Supreme Court, promote cancer research, end the war in Gaza...wowza.
I hope his final to-do list also includes the reform of the presidential election process.
Excellent speech and from the heart.
I disapproved of his decision to cling to power and seek reelection (at all costs, it seemed), but tonight, he impressed me. You're right, it was from the heart. A true statesman.

I didn’t vote for Trump in the primary, but at least I was given the choice. Who would be your choice to be the Democrat nominee?

The deep state has enough dirt on him that they gave him no choice but to drop out. That is not someone speaking from the heart. That is someone who wanted to limit the damage to his reputation, as the powers that protected him for years turned on him in a second.

"End the war on Gaza" while he keeps shipping 500 lb bombs to Israel

Anyone who can win
And that right there is the same reason people vote for Trump in spite of his short comings. Dems should be upset that they didn’t have a voice in their choice.

The only people I see that are upset are idiot Trump humpers like yourself. You all gloated about Joe losing a step. He stepped down. Now you’re in full panic mode. Your criminal leader and his racist, sexist, sidekick are gonna lose. All you can do is cry about it.

I feel like I did have a voice in the choice by voting for the Biden/Harris ticket in 2020. The circumstances are unprecedented, at least in modern times. I think dems are mostly excited that we’re going to have a candidate that can complete sentences

Who would be your choice to lead the Democratic ticket if given one? I voted for Haley in the primary. My wife voted for Desantis. Who do you want on the top of the Democratic ticket?

Kamala - she arguably has the strongest resume and she has VP experience. For those worried about extremists taking over, she's the one to continue Biden's policies. And on top of that, she clearly is excited for the opportunity and the base is reciprocating. Who better to challenge the felon than a prosecutor?

Agreed 100%. I chose the Biden/Harris ticket. Ds vote for policies and not for demagogues, so the one who rode with Biden and can complete sentences is great!
