But to me, far more disturbing than the 20-30% who are too stupid not to look at him like a god are the remainder who don't, but would still vote for him, and politicians to ambitious and/or cowardly to stand up against him.
A minority of idiots I can live with.
But ~50% of the whole country, and basically 100% of one of two parties?
Thank god for this weekend's development......and fingers crossed for an electoral story that ends well.
(.......but yeah, "those people" and their thinking will STILL be out there......as they always were; sometimes ignorance is at least partial bliss)
