"grant a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021"
AND
"dismissal with prejudice to the government of all pending indictments against individuals for their conduct related to the events at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021"
The DOJ admits that Cole planted the pipe bomb on "the eve of January 6" and that planting the pipe bomb was "conduct related to the events at or near the United States Capitol." I don't see how this case doesn't get dismissed. The DOJ gets to file a responsive brief in 6 weeks. We shall see what they come up with.
