Even on the bike he goes slow. He couldn't break the run record while being on a bike.

Based on the tracker movement recently, they have Mike Rossi's worst nightmare, a flat battery although on the bike instead of his car.

Nope. And sadly it's true. Eight kids gives a good income. Once the youngest is 12 they are expected to work however. My sister in law worked for Birmingham benefits and so I know how much they get, and often its just not worth working

So we were right from the start, the whole thing was a rouse and a scam, even though on the latest "shredded feet" FB post they say "Please remember this is a charity event.".

Dave and Terrie lied about London Marathon, about the humongous training runs, the 30 mile hikes in combat gear followed in the afternoon by a training session, lied to Prince Harry about going for the world record, lied to sponsors to get backing, lies, lies and more lies.

Now after two days of walking and barely jogging he suddenly has "shredded feet", how can this be.

Dave and Terrie have discredited themselves, their family, the sponsors and the charity.

And they have the gall to say "Please remember this is a charity event.".

Whatever they think of the LR trolls and sleuths at least they get to the truth, even if it is in a roundabout way.

Talking about roundabout way, how's Dave going on the bike?

Realistically, given that people have jobs and lives and don't all live 5 minutes from whatever long-distance deviousness is going on - what other methods are there?

It used to baffle me in the Rob Young thread that people would complain about there not being "boots on the ground" - nobody seemed to be offering to buy my transatlantic return air ticket and pay my accomodation and other travel costs.
