UNCG isnt going to beat app this year. Sure UNCG has 1-3 but looking at the elon meet their 4-7 are garbage. Theres gonna be a huge gap in between 3 and the rest of the group. If I had any input on the elon race I would have to say it must have been a "training" day for kemboi because that course is lightning fast. I wouldnt expect UNCGs 4-7 to run under 26:30 for the rest of the year. Just looking at those guys from last year they arent very talented runners
I couldn't agree you anymore uncg has the best top 3 in the conference but they have the worst number 4 in the conference
yea. I agree! UNCG 4-7 aren't talented at all. AP state wins conference this year. UNCG third, maybe fourth this year.

App State had a team avgerage of 25:20 on winthrop's course.. which isnt very fast. App State will roll at conference.. ASU could put 4+ between UNCGs 3 & 4 guy
Hold on. In the last few posts it says Elon's course is "lightening fast" and Winthrop's course is slow? You guys have it reversed from what I hear.
It is well known that the winthrop course is short
I jogged the course before the race and it took me 1 minute to run up that hill. There's nothing even giant about it. It hardly should be considered a hill, more of a rise. And it's only run once.

They should win again. UNCG has a great 1-2 but nothing behind them. App isn't all that good, not nearly as good as years past, but they should win again.
