This is sad. The program is in shambles. Poor decisions on optimum events for athletes ( we'll see if it gets better at PreNats). From what I see, there is a lack of support for the athletes who need development and over compensating for the better athletes to the point it goes to the head of these underperforming athletes in the big ones. I think seeking advice from the previous awesome coaches is needed.
Unless some spectacular influx of already established athletes via the portal happens, all will be worse next year.

Literally is an English adverb. It has been controversially used as an intensifier for figurative statements. Wikipedia
Just bc the world has been using it incorrectly for 7-10 years now doesn't mean it is the correct way to use the word.
