The story was knowingly FAKE and, in a certain way, you can say that those Media Outlets that generated it should be brought up on Charges for TREASON for the dissemination of false information! It IS part of the government's job to determine the truth about a million different things - science, medicine, intelligence, law enforcement, engineering, trade, economics, statesmanship/diplomacy, foreign threats of all kinds, etc., etc., etc.

I feel like (no data, but just a gut feeling) there must be some side effect to Ozempic that we don't know about yet. You can never get a "free lunch". Maybe some (a lot) of the lost weight is lost muscle. That probably would be the "best" outcome.
