I did 10 miler this morning. I am trying to reach a goal of 200 miles this month.
I don't expect to fall asleep during any of these runs so I will be contacting Guinness to see if this might qualify as running without sleep for one month. If my math is correct, I can divide 200 by 7 marathons. So I will also be claiming 7 marathons in one month. Not bad for a newbie. Huh?

At the treadmill 48 hour run in which he ran under observation (I would presume), he managed 147 miles. But in this alleged 373 run, he was at about 239 miles after 48 hours, if he averaged 4 mph between 213 miles at 41:33 and 252 at 51:42. No red flags there! {sarcasm} Such a shame that he came up about 92 miles short of his personal 48 hour best on a treadmill!

Don't forget the 50 mile split at a smooth 8 minute flat pace. Easy stuff for a 2:41 guy.

That was one of their biggest oversights. Anyone who has spent time in the Southwest knows how incredibly intense the UV is, but somehow he makes it through California, Arizona, and New Mexico without a sunburn, then gets burned to a crisp in Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois? I would have thought they'd have him do some sunbathing for plausibility.
