to be fair, there is a kernel of truth in one sense: corporate taxes. Trump and his billionaire corporate pals will try to drive the corporate tax level down even further if they get all branches of government. Lower taxes is great for business income sheets and that is helping stock prices some amount. Corporate donors want their money back.
Not so great for everyone else. Of course suddenly 'conservatives' won't care about the deficit anymore at that point because they'd blow out massively like during the last trump admin.

He has been fantastic in all his appearances since the debate. It’s not really a surprise if you’ve followed him the last 3.5 years. The debate was a huge outlier.

Anyone who has dealt with a family member with dementia, parkinsons etc knows what they are looking at. It is ok to tell your mum in nursing home that 'yes you are really ok, and actually at home. sitting in your garden' , anything to make them at peace, but this is the Presidency of the wealthiest and most powerful country in the world.
