And also, piggie wants a major terrorist incident in the USA to happen so he can use the crisis to seize more power, esp around the elections. So he needs the war to continue to get that.

I think if the Dow goes to the low 40's (42.5k) or below he'll call it off. Or if the Nasdaq dips below 20k. His tariff policy for that week of April was basically the only bad thing he's done – look how much the markets crashed. He cares so much about the Dow that he won't let anything lower it for too long
