Maybe keep in mind cash returns north of 4pct yearly without any risk currently and that unlike pundits like you and me, moving all their assets in a short period of time simply doesn't work for asset managers due to positions sizes relative to market volume. They absolutely have to start moving early, even if that means missing out some of the peak valuations.

Yesterday I was freaking out as the techs tanked, esp. Nvidia down something like 7%. So I post a song in that spirit, Going Down.
Not only do I get two amazing songs from you guys to lift my spirit - and I cannot say enough good things about how good Ron Wood and Eddie Van Halen sound on these! - but today I wake up to find the techs roaring back and plus some! Nvidia up almost 12% on the day, and climbing.
Curious to see how things go with Meta announcing earnings after the bell today and safe for Apple and Amazon at tomorrow's closing. It could reverse this latest rebound. Also any Fed announcements.... Hoping to not have to revisit that rendition of Going Down.

So maybe Truckin would be more appropriate? I really couldn't stand the Grateful Dead. Typical exchange with a Deadhead, how was the concert? Great. How were the Dead? I passed out before they came own. Some of my younger siblings were into the Dead. One of my sisters and her ex-husband were at Watkins Glen in the rain and mud and one of my brothers was at Giant Stadium when a fan fell to his death. Yet Box of Rain is one of my favorite songs

Yeah I don't go very far with the Dead either. I should. I mean The Band is one of my favorite groups. The two sound similar. I like Americana next to rock and roll. I really like live music. The Dead have written a lot of good songs.
They just don't do anything for my music lovin' soul. I never feel that 'oh yeah' with them.
Maybe a little, in US Blues. And sure Uncle John's Band is an American classic. And Touch of Gray hits home lyrically. But needle only moves a little. I've never understood why.

Seth Golden @SethCL Looking forward to July? So are Tech investors! Tech sector has a beautiful trend of positive returns in July, with no losses over last 15 years, and avg. return of 4.6%. Yes this could be the year to break the streak, which has been said for 15yrs.
Now that June trading is over, here's a chart showing the high close for the year by month since 1920. The fact that the year high has only occurred once in June, and it was the election year 1948, I find intriguing.

I did like one of the bands in their circle, though, and maybe you remember them - The New Riders of the Purple Sage. I spent a little while yesterday streaming them since you jogged my memory of that period. Good stuff.
