I do not believe the Trump accusations which did not come out during his days on the Apprentice. He was a huge cultural figure during that time and all the stuff that came out during the first term should have come out earlier if it were for non-political reasons. TDS was already rampant during that term and these accusations along with the Carroll ones seem too convenient to come out during the first campaign and office term.

I guess we should have predicted that Trumpers would land on this final catch all excuse for Trump. It nicely covers every single thing that gets released.

Accusations like the ones the President has faced are quite often launched for political reasons during the time in public office. Ones looking just for money would more likely have done it during his television series.

Another point about how f*cking terrible today's jobs numbers were that I didn't see in the first article I read.

December's jobs numbers were revised downwards by 65,000 from a gain of 48,000 to a loss of 17,000.

Back to the news of the day! How about that job report? Somehow after deporting millions and seemingly vacating the jobs those people held, the economy still lost 92K jobs and unemployment went UP!

Israel has taken the Iran war opportunity to start bombing every country they don't like. So the 5 day military action is ballooning into a regional war without clear US objectives beyond "blow up people and stuff".

Trump is allowing Russia to sell siezed oil to fund its war machine. Russia is supplying intel to Iran about US troops. With their new money, they'll supply more weapons to Iran. One more way to look at it:

Jan. 2026 was the best month of jobs creation in Trump's second term. Today it was revised down to 126,000 jobs gained. Biden had 8 months with worse jobs numbers and 40 months with better jobs numbers. This was Trump's BEST month.
