Wrong. Lindell has never been indicted. Giuliani and Powell (Kraken) have been indicted for various crimes related to election interference. Krak Powell pled guilty. As part of her guilty plea, Krak Powell has agreed to testify against other co-conspirators in the election fraud scheme -- among them, Eastman, Boris "Russian" Epshyte, Giuliani, Clark, von Burger, and even Trump himself (titular head of election fraud scheme). Trump has denied that Krak Powell was his attorney. Trump has denied that Top Secret documents were found in his bathroom. Trump threw a plate of spaghetti at Giuliani. Giuliani is broke and drunk. He is a wastrel.

It's basically a toss up at this point. In your projection, neither Trump nor Harris has 270. Yes, Trump is leading in this projection, 235-226. But whoever does better in the 6 toss up states will win.
You can find polls that will tell you whatever you want to hear, but Harris is doing quite well in at least 5 of the 6 toss up states. She's leading Trump in AZ, NV, MI, WI and PA, according to Nate Silver. It's close, though.
She has made up a lot of ground in a short period of time. If Trump can't stop her momentum, he may be left for dead. She will get a boost from the DNC. There will be big pressure on both of them at the debate. If Trump blows it on 9/10, Harris could pull away from him.
