Few things, because some of what you said needs context...I don't think it's fair to suggest that Biden is made in the image or Obama. Obama was an absolute moderate compared to most Biden administration policies. During the Obama administration, Biden broke with Obama on several occasions...most notably when he came out in favor of gay marriage while Obama was still endorsing civil unions (forcing Obama to adopt that platform).
Biden's presidency actually reeks of Trump more than any other recent President. It's very "us-vs-them" and openly embraces catastrophizing (compare "There will be a bloodbath if we don't shut down the border!" with "If Trump is re-elected, then this will be the last democratic election!" to see my point.
Also, the environmentalism that progressives embrace comes from...Al Gore. David Halberstam wrote that Gore planned to champion what we now call "climate change" as an issue in his book on the Clinton years. And, Gore won on Oscar for his documentary, "An inconvenient truth."
To wrap this up in a nice little bow...if you think Biden is senile and has no charisma, then you need to be told/reminded about Gore. We're he a Dungeons and Dragons character, he would have negative charisma. He's the only candidate ever to run for President and not win his home state.
