Trying to prosecute for Trump for crimes that he clearly committed is a bit different from trying to invent crimes for people Trump sees as his enemies.
All of the cases Trump was involved with it was pretty clear to everyone (including his cult) that he'd done it all. You just think he should be allowed to commit crime because you worship him and call him daddy.

You have to be fair to be credible.
Obama deported people who were primarily already in custody for other crimes. Others were specifically tracked down for their criminal history.
Trump, on the other hand, has deployed thousands of masked goons with almost no training to grab people off the street without warrants or probable cause. Many of the detained are green card holders, protected asylum seekers, and even US citizens with no criminal records. They are being denied due process. He openly stated that this is being done in places that voted against him as vengeance.
Think on it and let us know if you understand the subtle differences.

I don't care about sloppy accounting – the NY case. So what if he mislabeled payments to a lawyer as "legal fees"? Is that worthy of 34 felonies?

Many of Obama's "deportations" were counting people turned away at the border. And under Biden we had a ton of migrants pour in.
As to the rest:
This link states there were 170 Americans detained over the first 9 months. That's fewer than 1 per day – in a country of 330 million people.
The vast majority of the "asylum" seekers are economic migrants. The Ecuadorian migrant currently in Minnesota with his child in the famous photo – he arrived in December 2024. Ecuador is more than safe enough, and there are a ton of nearby countries that are safe that he could seek asylum in. But we know why he came to the US.
Green card holders – some were troublemakers and need to go. Here is a piece of advice for them: don't participate in violent protests (or even any protests at all, especially if they greatly inconvience people) and you'll be fine. They are "guests" and that can be revoked at will.
As to targeting places that voted against him, red states with a relatively large # of illegals (Texas, Florida) actually turn over illegal criminals to ICE. When there are no sanctuary cities, they don't have to deal with problems that arise from that. And of course, Trump will want some retribution, but can you blame him?

It is if you deliberately cook the books 34 times for fraudulent purposes. Go try that at your job and see what happens to you.
Jack Smiff had nothing to do with Trump's hooker payoff case, by the way. You don't seem to realize that basic fact.
And your problem seems to be with the 1965 New York state legislature which passed NY Penal Law 175.10, not anyone else.
