Unfortunately he got groin problems and he decided to fix that first and then train with his club
The groin problems he got…your famous the rubber band snapt. Pushed to hard by his the magic coach.. he decided to fixed that aka leave the wizard and got even bigger pb’s. And so his “simple” club coach performed truly magic. Thank you
" bigger pb's " ??? No way. You know that's a lie😉....e.g I coached 34:48 at 10 k and his pb now is 34:40 .....8 sec ! It's of course not " Much faster " . 🧙♂️

Another claim of yours that's not true.😉 I never pushed him too hard. With me his paces were EXACT the best for him and he ran pb's all the time . Infact he told me " I think my pb's with you now are around 10 of them....I don't know exactly when I have lost counting them all. )) " 🧙♂️

Fact is, he didn't want to stay with you any longer. No one does.
And he improved. So nothing magic about you or dancan that a random club coach in The Netherlands can't do even better.

I had him to run his easy steady runs around 4:50- 5:10 min/ km whitch is well calibrated up to his race times. When I now checked his sporadic " easy" runs most of them seem to be around 3:45- 4:00 min/ km( !) , the same pace only top world elites use for their easy runs..😉🧙♂️

Fact is you know very well that claim of yours is not true.😉🧙♂️
And if he is coached by a club coach I wonder what that coach knows about proper training?😉 Rene's groin problem won't get better with that kind of too fast easy runs.😉

Don't use the word "fact". You are a compulsive liar 😉🤡
Imagine that! He is coached by someone who according to you doesn't know about proper training, yet he is running faster than he ever did with you.

Magic club coach !! 🧙♂️🇳🇱
Running faster with a few seconds , yeah😉 Still with me he had kept on running PB's with minutes......😉🧙♂️

First of all, you said you didn’t use Strava. Second, 8 sec at 5 years older age, is much faster so, no lie there. And you seemingly left out to mention his bigger 10 mile pb. I didn’t lie, I always tell the truth, just like you, thank you
At your weight, this is what you should be doing. Taking advantage of that extra muscle mass that you have. It makes no sense to talk about sub 20 for 5000m if you can't run sub 3 for 800.

I didn't use Strava anymore until I now just checked your false claims about Rene. And I checked the training mail I still have left from when I coached him. You can try twist the truth how you want to your advantage, but still a few seconds faster are still a few seconds faster. When you first claimed he had been MUCH faster I got interested to check it up myself just to find that was just a lie from your side. 😉🧙♂️

Well, that's 90 sec per lap. Should be doable by me already now . I will see if I can finish a threshold workout next week with first 5-10 min easy walk rest after the workout and then put the treadmill to 3 min 800m. Interesting mission ! I like such challenges.. ! 🧙♂️🖐

Well, anyway good that you finally admit I always tell the truth here. 😉🤣🤣🤣

Sweden (2) leading France (0), in Winter Olympics ice hockey, as we speak.
Coach J.S. is following this match like a hawk.
Other events: Fyi, Olympic speed skaters cover 5000 in around 6.20-6.30. Impressive. Netherlands dominate speed skating. Monsters.
Yes, 3-0 to my Sweden ladies after first period! 🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪You know I am like you when it comes to sports and we follow most sport events. Sweden's mixed pair in Curling succeded today to beat Canada 7-6 and has still a chance to go to the final round in Olympics. The next match this evening against USA will be deviding ....My Sweden has got a very good start of the Olympics with both Gold and Silver at the ladies skiathlon 🥇🥈It's quite fantastic that my country with only 10 million people is so very good in most sports international.🇸🇪🧙♂️🇸🇪

Sweden punches well above its weight in sports considering its relatively low population of 10 million people.
So many superstars in a variety of sports ranging from track and field to swimming, ice hockey, soccer, volleyball, golf and other sports that I've probably forgotten.
Names that come to mind - present and past: Track - Anders Gärderud (steeple), Sarah Sjöström (swimming), and probably the best overall table tennis player of all time, Jan Ove Waldner, who's considered a demi God in China, where he improved his craft.
Ice hockey players, past and present - Hedman, Dahlin, Nylander, Forsberg, Salming, Sundin, Lidström, Lundquist.
Soccer (past) Zlatan Ibrahimovic, present monster - Viktor Gyökeres....
Just a few hours ago, in the cross country skiing (skiathlon, which has 2 styles - classic and skating) gold and silver for the women - Karlsson (gold) and Andersson (silver).
Men's cross country skiing: A few hours ago
In the men's race, behind monster winner Klaebo (Norway), Sweden had 2 in the top 15 - Gisselman (7th) and Poromaa (12th).
Did I forget Björn Borg ?- past tennis monster and other tennis monsters of Sverige yesteryear - Wilander and co.

Yes, it's quite fantastic we have and had so,so many great sportstars. Tennis the great Björn Borg as you told, Mats Wilander, Stefan Edberg , Magnus Hedman and many more. Right now since some years back Sweden has no tennis star when it seems sponsering of the sport has gone down due to low economy latest years ( covid and so on...). The Swedish siblings Wranå advanced to semi final in the curling Olympics mixed ....they lost 7-8 to USA but was fortunate Norway beat Switzerland and then Sweden say thanks to our great friend neighbour country so we could advance to semis.Tomorrow we are looking forward to new great thrilling sports happenings .....Goodnight from snowland Sweden 🖐 🇸🇪🧙♂️🇸🇪
Today was my day off from training and tomorrow the training week starts again with an easy steady run . I will see if it will be 60 min easy or even 80 min to get some extra boost of enezymes and mitochondria to boost the energy process. Now time is 23:24 here and time for me to have appointment with John Blunt. Goodnight. 😴🧙♂️🖐😴
