Doesn’t make a lot of sense does it? The answer probably is that one thread offended a moderator, and the other didn’t. Silly and very poor management, but there you go. If you wait long enough, a moderator probably will come on duty who finds the other thread offensive as well. Then it will disappear.
I doubt either thread is really worthy of deleting.
What happened to the strawberry gu thread? It was hilarious and harmless. Very disappointing to see that thread removed. This place is no fun. 😞

I like the fact most of the swearing is gone. That is like a miracle because I was seriously ready to quit LRC. I have also witnessed many good discussions since then. It's not perfect, life is not perfect. But it's a step in the right direction.
Kenyan women are the best, but good luck getting one to the USA. That is unless you are rich.

I am finding that using my registered name seems to work best. You cannot really do a anonymous thread anymore because you cannot respond in any shape or form to your original comment. That does limit content. But it also eliminates a lot of bad stuff. I do not know a solution except maybe to moderate yourself. Go in knowing what is going to happen to your thread.

Look at all the posts deleted in this thread. The mods are out of control and the Brojos need some serious moderation of the mods. Things are not looking bright for the future of LRC for those of who remember the good ol’ days before wokeness has stifled freedom of thought and expression.
