Oh no doubt that’ll never change. But theirs a lot more recycling old coaches with.. old coaches. Connections is the name of the game. I suppose younger coaches just get old and then their chance comes lol

And that’s how it should be. No just getting hired cuz you know someone that knows buddy. Work hard, regardless of race or gender. Happy to see guys and gals making it to the finish line, all that hard work now they get to relax and enjoy track in a different way

UConn job is something people should keep a close eye on. Team is currently trying to reinstate men’ XC and scholarships along with women’s roster spots. AD is doing everything in his power to ignore these issues. All the athletes and alumni want Miller as director, AD might be looking for someone more willing to drop the issue.
The coaching staff and alumni had to work really hard to prevent both the Men’s and Women’s programs from getting cut in 2020. Would be a shame to let the teams wither away due to AD’s personal failures.
Watch them hire a big name. They advertised it through an executive search agency. That AD wants to win and be good at the NCAA level. He came from Auburn and the SEC!
