"They are coming to rape your daughters" is the oldest racist trope in the book. It was a rally cry for lynchings in the Old South. It's one of the things Dylan Roof said when he shot up that church in Charleston.

Sally, you are no different from Patrick Crusius, Dylan Roof, and Donald Trump.

I would not be a bit surprised to see Sally as the next white supremacist to act out in violence.

Eight states comprise ~50% of the American population.

The next eight comprise ~20%.

That means that 34 states, with ~30% of the U.S. population, provide 68% of senators. Most of those states trend GOP.

The odds are against the Dems' gaining a majority in the Senate. Their best-case realistic scenario IMO is to get to 50/50 and win the White House--in which case the Dem VP would be the tiebreaker in the Senate.
