Mueller laid it all out for Congress. He stomped his foot. Congress will not impeach him. They will simply do what they've been doing all along, investigate and keep his wrongdoings in the news. That is the best way to go as an impeachment process has a start and end date.

Many democrats don't want Trump impeached. I am one of them. Does Trump deserved to be impeached, of course he does. He will never be convicted and the impeachment trial will distract from the election.
Defeat Trump in the election, then start legal proceedings against him after he is out of office.

Don't you think that this sets a bad precedent of looking the other way in the face of presidential crimes? Seems to me that to preserve a balance of powers the congress must use its power to impeach when a president commits high crimes/misdemeanors. Not doing so hands yet more power to the executive branch. And they have too much already.
