OK, MAGA economists...explain why putting 100’s of thousands of Gov’t workers is good for the economy. So you cut Gov’t spending, but each person losing a good salary affects many jobs down the line…groceries, housing, construction, car sales, appliance sales, entertainment , etc, etc. This will cause a recession and maybe even a depression. The Gov’t in the end will have to come back and create jobs like they did to pull the country out of the 1929 thru 1939 Great Depression
Possibly the only US politician more corrupt than trump. So of course he will be invited to join the executive branch. Trump can't stand sqeaky clean people. Doesn't trust them.
President Donald Trump is considering nominating former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, who served eight years in prison on corruption charges, to be U.S. ambassador to Serbia, according to two people familiar with the discussions.

I'm no ma'ga but the benefit would be that those workers would get private sector jobs that actually create more wealth for the nation and don't require tax payers to pay their salaries. Then you can have two wins: a more productive economy and lower taxes.
But yeah if you fire lots of people and kick out of the country lots more the economy will take a hit.

I wouldn't trust anything that Obama says. His incompetent administration could not even set up a simple web site for Obamacare. They had to get people outside the administration to build it. How embarrassing.
See? Dems can agree with Rs. This is good, the transgender sports thing is good.
While Rs can't even agree Dems are fairly elected.
(Bloomberg) -- President Donald Trump is once again saying he wants to end a tax perk used by private equity fund managers, a policy feat that politicians have tried and failed to achieve for more than a decade.
Under threat: the tax code’s controversial treatment of the profits of private equity, venture capital and hedge fund managers. In the current regime, dealmakers pay a lower rate on their share of profits because these returns are taxed as capital gains instead of normal employment income.

If Trump tasked Musk with setting up a web site, I am pretty sure he would have it done in less than 24 hours.
Biden/Obama/Harris administration: inefficient, lackluster, laughable, incompetent, infighting, pass the buck, need to go outside the people in the administration to get things done, comical
Donald Trump on the DC plane crash: “Who would think, you’re in space and two things collide... Did you ever see, you go to a driving range in golf and you're hitting balls, hundreds of balls, thousands of hours. I never see a ball hit another ball. Balls are going up all over the place. You never see 'em hit; it was amazing that could happen."
I really feel sorry for the Libs who DID choose to stay here. They have nothing to be proud of. Their whole existence here is to continuously trash Trump and his administration. I kind of feel embarrassed for them. Must be so humiliating. Most are great people but it is a hopeless situation. They need Flagpole to return and lift up their spirits. I am not sure they can handle 4 years of Trump achievements.
You guys....
Trump throws out a bunch of executive orders that are now stopped in the courts. Is that really an achievement? The ones no one challenges ("Gulf of America") are the ones no one cares about.
Trump does dumb things like dump 2.2 billion gallons of water where none is needed. 4d chess. Not an achievement.
He hasn't solved Ukraine on day 1, grocery prices are actually rising. Two major campaign promises failed. Nothing achieved.
His big beautiful tariffs were stalled by Canada and Mexico giving him things they had already agreed to give us. He threw the stock market into a tizzy. Not a great few days.
Elon is running rampant, essentially creating the largest cyber-crime in US history by letting unvetted 20-something mess with code and extract sensitive data. Moreover, trying to cut programs and funding that Congress has already approved is illegal. Imagine all the lawsuits coming...
Trump's been tough on the border. That, we knew he could do. So I will give you that.
JUST IN: Japan announces that they will increase investment in the United States to $1 Trillion.

Oligarchs: The next great frontier of unlimited wealth for us is crypto. Trump: Sounds like a scam. Don't get me wrong. I love scams. How do I get in on it? O: We produce the crypto. We become like the largest banks, more powerful than the federal reserve... more powerful than the US dollar. You legitimize it and reap in the profits with us. Billions, even trillions. Trump: Wow! How do I legitimize it? O: By selling it as a solution to our national debt, by having the government back it, offer crypto securities and such...people will buy it Trump: But people don't trust crypto, even if I sell it... O: They will if it's presented as a lifeline. If their current assets are in jeopardy, they will be desperate for a solution. We have to make them desperate. Trump: How? O: We tank the markets. Create financial austerity... O: You push tariffs on our largest partners...it will raise prices on everything. The cascading effect will hit everything and get them desperate for a solution... Trump: Then what? O: We swoop in with a solution to the problem we created. Crypto. We default on our debt and tell the... O: ...country we need crypto to save us. You support it by making the government back it. People start buying it in droves hoping to recoup their losses...we make out like bandits. Trump: Coz we are bandits! 😊 O: Correct.
The hearing in Boston concerned two separate but similar lawsuits, one brought by the 18 states, the District of Columbia and the City of San Francisco, and the other on behalf of an expectant mother by Lawyers for Civil Rights, an advocacy group based in Boston. Eric Hamilton, a Justice Department lawyer, argued at the hearing that the authors of the 14th Amendment sought only to stamp out denial of citizenship based on race, and “did not intend to create a loophole to be exploited.” Lawyers for the Trump administration also asserted that the states do not have standing to bring the case because they would not be directly harmed by the order. The suit argues that the states would lose millions of dollars in Medicaid funds if children born to undocumented immigrants were no longer citizens who qualify for federal health care.
So they're suing so they can give welfare to the families of illegals? This is what Democrats are suing over?
