This is a problem with honesty. Yes, Biden does less press conferences. When he does speak publicly, he is mostly good with the occasional odd moment which right wing media acts like was his entire speech. Things like the SOTU where he spoke well for an extended time and responded to well the audience are ignored or covered by a conspiracy theory of being drugged up.
Trump speaks constantly. He connects with his audience, but has lots of odd moments also. Like talking about sharks and electrocution when the teleprompter isn't working. Or talking about swallowing bleach or UV lights to fight covid. Or redrawing a hurricane map and suggesting nuking it.
These things are not what makes either of them unfit for office.
