I was scratching my head and then after some digging of course I learned that CNN had sued the Biden admin to also get the tapes. Since abandoning mostly reporting real news, chaos is the only way to keep the MSM clicks coming. Biden being a boring good POTUS doesn't cut it for them. We're fkd.
I don't know nearly enough about this for this to be a strong opinion, but the refusal to release the tapes looks stupid. Presuming that the transcript is very accurate and there's not something really embarrassing/bad on them (and maybe not even then), refusing to release them makes you look Nixonian/Trumpian (or just plain ole' "Politician-ian").
Which is weighed against the negative from the sophomoric Rs trying to make some hay over some gaffes or minor omissions on the tape.
The latter seems to be the much lesser "evil."

For whatever reason, in a political way, it reminds me of the expression, "Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean that people aren't out to get you."
Just because the Rs/Trumpers are massive hypocritical morans, it doesn't mean that their charges against "Mr. Transparency" Biden being a hypocrite over releasing the tapes isn't accurate, and/or won't potentially cause Biden some political damage.
So just release the tapes.

There is clear bias in the media an a lot of sensationalism. I don't watch or listen to ANY talk radio / TV for that reason. I read the news. BBC, AP, Reuters, etc. Lots of facts, not zero but a lot less BS and sensationalism.
I also read more obviously biased sources on both sides to see where people are getting their opinions. One side says Trump is always right and Biden is always wrong. The other side says Trump is always wrong and Biden is often right but sometimes calls out his negatives. Any source that ALWAYS shows one story is lying. Things are more nuanced than that. But most people can't recognize bias because theyll only believe one side. So this news style works well on them.

The videos on X show Biden at the G7 being lost & confused. Clown show.
President Biden appears to start wandering off at the G7 summit and has to be handled back in.
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni was seen grabbing Biden to bring him back to the group.
