Inflation running at 0% by some definitions, 2-3% by others.
Grocery prices have fallen four straight months.
US economy is lapping the world.
My grocery bill is still 40%-50% higher than what it was under Trump. I also get less food in the same containers I used to buy - Shrinkflation.
Housing costs are still insane. A 'starter home' in my area is now $450k to $550k and the interest rate will be 7%-8%.
Gas is still a lot higher than it was under Trump.
Trying to buy a car recently? Good luck with that.
I literally don't understand how people like you can bury your head in the sand and listen to the propaganda.
In the real world the US economy fcking sucks.
this is one of the strongest economies this country has ever had.
4% unemployment is rock bottom low
wages are at record highs and growing quickly
inflation is now 2-3%, which is low historically
housing is expensive, yes. But 7% mortgages are actually pretty good historically. And that number should be falling after today's report that inflation is low and falling.
Yes, we had an inflation burst because of covid. We chose to go for growth and low unemployment. That cost us some inflation. I think it was the right decision, esp now that inflation is over. And never forget the inflation started under Trump, not Biden. Biden inherited the problems and did not create them. He did solve them though.
We kept everyone's jobs and that is a huge win. If we had 6% unemployment but lower inflation would that make you happy? Probably not, if you got laid off.

Lots of excuses for poor leadership and bad results.

You have propaganda brain. Are you older than 60 or something? Go outside and literally try to do anything. Look at the price. This is NOT a strong economy.

Your grocery bill would not change if Trump became President. He can’t make prices go backwards to before the pandemic. If you think they will, you are an idiot.
If Trump produced the economic figures that Biden has produced, Trump would be arguing that it’s the best economy in the history of all civilizations. Including galactic unknown civilizations yet to be discovered. And he knows this because big, burly aliens told him so with tears in their eyes.
Nate Silver is again asking if the Democratic Party's interests would be best served by President Joe Biden dropping out of this year's presidential race.

Hey jerkoff, what makes you think Trump will solve any of those issues?
An interviewer tried to pin down Trump on exactly what his specific plan would be to reduce inflation. It did not go well. Like every time Trump has ever been asked for detailed specifics.
Essentially Trump responded with one of his many inane rally slogans. "drill, drill drill baby".
I will never be able to figure out how people still can't see the Con that is Don the Con at this juncture.
On Monday, a panel of independent advisers to the US Food and Drug Administration voted to endorse Eli Lilly’s drug donanemab, a monoclonal antibody designed to slow the progression of early symptomatic Alzheimer’s disease, a...
For the people who have asked what funding the war in Ukraine has to to with the US border, here is your answer. We can cripple Russia on the Border of Ukraine or we can wait until they build their military presence on our own shore.
Russian navy ships churned into Havana harbor on Wednesday, a stopover the U.S. and Cuba said posed no threat but which was widely seen as a Russian show of force as tensions rise over the Ukraine war.
