I saw the NY Milesplit listing, which of course does not indicate whether a sprinter, jumper or whatever. I will attempt to go thru the total Milesplit listing by states which does at least sometimes indicate the area of events for the athletes.
Boston College signs another Canberra ACE in Zoe Honeybrook with pb's of 2:09, 4:28 and 17:10.
From the same training group as 16 year old Kieran Shepherd who ran 8:00.24 this weekend for 3k. He will be on the class of 2028 list.
that makes 10 young ladies heading to Chestnut Hill this year

I have seen quite a number in the Milesplit listing heading to smaller programs such as U Mass Lowell, Suny Genesco, Merrimack, Stonehill, etc that at this point I have not researched prs or added. The list I have compiled is about 750 names as of now.
It's obvious that the strength of a runner's #2 event is important in being recruited, but what if they don't have a strong #2 event? I assume it is in their best interest to improve their #2 event as much as they can, possibly by just running it more often than any #3 or #4 events in order to make sure to get a better time when conditions are idea. My question is, if an athlete is good at the mile, but significantly weaker at the 800 and 2mile, if they were only to race one event besides the mile, which event should it be? If they don't run the 800 and only the 2mile, a recruiter might assume their 800m is pretty good (based on their strong mile and weak 2mile) and they might have some event greater potential in the mile with the opportunity to develop strength, opposed to vice versa (only racing mile and 800, with the 800 being very weak). Alternatively, the athlete could just run a lot of different events, maybe everything besides the mile just once, and the assumption would be that they just didn't run a #2 event enough to be able to record a representative performance. Thoughts?
