0.024% seems pretty low like the flu. Plus pregnancy is a normal healthy part of female life, so maternal mortality is just nature’s collateral damage to keep the species extant.

Go do some work on reducing maternal mortality rates and be useful.

Abortion is either killing babies or is like taking a sh1t. It’s only one of those two things, it’s no other things.
