this hearing is going to help the trumpists...mueller is old and confused and the Rs are willing to lie, scream and yell, while the Ds are trying to be good statesmen.
D vs R is such a mismatch - Ds are Ralph Macchio playing by the rules and Rs are Cobra Kai, trying to win by any means necessary.
Ach.
Correct. This is elder abuse. End this charade now, please.

a problem is that for someone to understand what the R idiots are talking about you have to familiar with the Fox News cinematic universe. You have to spend time getting up to speed on the nutso right wing conspiracy theories.
I don't think Mueller spends a lot of time with qanon and all the other f'in insanity.
The only thing Trumping (no pun intended) the Mueller testimony as a lackluster dud is/was the Mueller report.
One network is reporting that there will be a 2-hour recess this afternoon so Mueller can take a nap.
Either Mueller is senile or he is lying. Over and over again he could not remember even the most basic facts of his own report when questioned by a Republican. And yet if there was a question from a Democrat which attacked the president with regards to the report he had perfect recollection.
Now, more than ever:
Mueller never

Mueller does appear to be much older than he has before. Not great optics.
Ultimately this doesn't really help Trumpists though, not to any large degree.
What is most likely at this point is that this is just a step toward the House beginning impeachment proceedings. It will likely do that before they recess in August. The House will impeach.
Mueller just made crystal clear that Trump can be charged with obstruction once he is out of office. This makes the 2020 election even more important now that he has stated that out loud.
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done. He is ultimately going to prison.
Lawyer Dog wrote:
Yes, he would have been indicted.
But a defense lawyer does not have to prove that Trump did not obstruct.
The prosecutor has to prove that he did obstruct.
In a regular court, I believe it would be proved enough for conviction.
But in a Congressional trial ...
Is someone coming today?
If "you" do not know the answer to your question you are not a real lawyer.

You never read the Mueller report. You are not qualified to make any comparisons, especially without waiting to hear any Mueller actually says; instead relying on Fox News to feed you with fake news .

This much has been obvious since Cohen, and the rest of the Trump posse of klowns, were caught doing dirty deeds for Trump. The leader, Trump, will get slammed the hardest.

I have not watched Fox News in years. If I watch a "news" program 95% of the time it is MSNBC (which ceased being a news program the day Trump won the election and instead became a propaganda outfit devoted 24/7 to trashing Trump) and CNN 5% of the time. My friends are mystified why I watch MSNBC all the time and I am not sure I can explain why either. But, I have not watched Fox News in years.
Mueller should tell the committee the truth--he did NOT write his report. His team wrote it. He may not have read it (if he ever read it, he certainly didn't retain anything).
This is not looking good for you libs, especially Clownpole.

I do think the Ds will impeach...Nadler has been quietly moving to the pro-impeach side and he'd run the show.
I think when the house comes back for the fall they'll do it.
I think they have to. Clearlly he obstructed justice. Clearly he broke campaign finance laws. Clearly he has agitated against the Constitution and is probably in direct violation of the emoluments clause.
That alone is enough and makes it the duty of congress to impeach. Shouldn't establish a precedent of 'look the other way' ism.
The only reason the Ds might not impeach is if a Dem takes a commanding lead by September and things look smooth sailing. But I doubt that will happen.

Please provide the following:
1) Specific examples of campaign finance law violations.
2) Specific examples of emolument clause violations
3) Specific examples of agitations (?) against the Constitution
4) Specific examples of obstruction of justice - Not what others have said. What you found when YOU read the Mueller report.
Thanks in advance.

You can pretty much be an expert on a document/publication/work without having read the actual document. That is, if you have read sufficient analysis of it by others who are experts in his or her field. For instance, just because one never read Moby Dick does not mean that person can not be an "expert" on Moby Dick. Again, if he or she has read sufficient criticisms/analysis by experts in the field, than he or she can be an expert on Moby Dick. It would, of course, make it easier to have actually read Moby Dick.

seriously? Do you not keep up with the news?
1) SDNY made it clear that trump would have been indicted for paying off stormy daniels, except he can't be indicted because he's president.
2) He takes all kinds of profits/payments from foreign powers. That is in direct violation of the empoluments clause. The courts are working on this. the trump hotel in dc is the main way he is bribed by foreign powers.
3) Trump has been found in violation of the constituion multiple times by federal courts. How do you not know this?
4) I have not read the mueller report. So you'll have to go with legal experts instead of me on this one. Almost all of them think he committed obstruction of justice. Heck, even your Rep, gohmert. admitted it today at the hearing.

PASS. You are getting so desperate. Don't panic. Trump is guilty of 1) through 4); multiple times EACH. After Trump is in jail you will continue to "demand" proof of why Trump was locked up.

Let's just look at 3. I asked for specific examples and your answer was "...found in violation of the constituion (sic) multiple times by federal courts. Do you not know what "specific" means?

1) Cohen is in jail for the campaign finance violations he did on behalf and at the direction of Trump
2) He has used his presidency for his hotel business
3) Went past Congress to order funds for a border wall
4) Ordered Mueller to be fired
