By graduating with honors, we can deduce that she was well above average for her already competitive school. She's a very smart person.

CNN likes to refer to her as a bartender and from working class parents. No mention of BU in this article,

"Born and raised in the Bronx, Ocasio-Cortez is the daughter of working class Puerto Rican parents."

Exactly right. His goal is to discourage voting for ANY democrat. It is the same goal the Trump campaign has -- stay home and let Trump votes count for more value.

Our job as citizens is to vote for one of two parties. That's a valid point, but the dems need to shut up the kiddos (like the 'squad') for them to play role of reasonable people versus Trump. I think every member of congress should stand up for what they believe in. Politicians are not elected to lay low.

Look at it this way. If "the squad" represents the extreme left and Tiny represents the extreme right, the Democratic nominee is guaranteed to be seen as the safe middle ground.

If Tiny wants to run against the squad instead of the actual nominee, that will be great for Democrats. It won't happen, but I wish it would.

The whole reason we are talking about this is because Tiny made an overtly racist tweet that crossed the line. So he tried to sell everyone on the idea that it wasn't really racist because it was part of his master re-election plan. But that was never the case. It was just a racist tweet. That's all it ever was.

I think you are probably right. FL is possible, but not probable. TX won't go blue for a few more years.

It is the same republican tactic used against HRC in 2016. She is horrible. But, her emails. Stay home democrats and do not vote for Hillary. That is the best way to show democrats what you mean.
