Phily's PBs really show how amazing a day she had to run a 2:25:47 marathon. Her other times are more in line with a 2:30 marathoner, which is what she seems to be at the moment. Perhaps a shift to the other distances is what she needs to improve her marathon further in the long run.

For me, recording audio has been a bit of a struggle. I like to do it when I get home from work, but that's also the time there is a lot of noise. Even so, the random noises in my home drive me crazy. Something kicks on or off in the middle of recording. There's constantly something! And yeah, I do edit my audio files but a lot of times it's better to just re-record too after I realize I'm needlessly sitting there digging through sound waves.
