Yes, Because the DOW never hit the specific intra day high of 36,911 in its entire history. The closest to that number was 36,585 on Jan 3, 2022. After Jan 3, 2022 it fell and didn't pass 36,911 until Dec 13, 2023, when it closed at 37,090 after a 500 point day, blowing right through 36,911.
The reason it's a lie and not misreading a chart is because that DOW high 36,911 that he claimed, doesn't exist on the chart, anywhere. So he didn't get it from the chart. He made it up.
