And do a better job of it! They could have done some research, for instance watching the documentaries of multi-day ultra events and seeing just how badly the runners are hurting. They are not juggling, doing handstands, dancing with little girls, and playing soccer. They are miserable and too tired to do anything but sleep. And didn't they think to get Rob sunburned during the western part? He ran through California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico without a sunburn? Then he suddenly gets a sunburn when Laz shows up? They should have at least had Rob ride a bike. He'd have a sunburn, and the paces would be more believable.
The insulting part isn't that they cheated. It's that they did such a bad job of it.
I guess they're enjoying life now. Trying to sell the van, trying to get money to go back home, trying to find excuses to offer their families who now know that they've been exposed as frauds, trying to find explanations for their sponsors and charities, trying to find a job, trying to find a job, trying to find a job....

I don't know if this is a borrowed rv for this particular scam or not or if the rv is still there or not.
I do know the borrowed rv has been an important and essential tool for "endurance feats" "accomplished" for "charity" with no gps tracking of the "feat" or accounting of donations to the "charities" that have either yourself or your friends as the "founders" of the "charity" for some time now. It is just like good shoes, a critical piece to these feats. Or more accurately perhaps, it is a more important tool than good shoes with respect to how miles are traveled.
the van is not there. Not sure if the tracker is there. It would be funny if they said they lost the tracker and have been continuing the run without it.
