As you might have noticed, it says "top 20" and then a list of the next 16-17 people who will most likely finish somewhere in the top 20 behind deshane, nally, and cloke. Also, it explains below the list that deshane will run away with it and then it will be a "dual meet with a few other individuals thrown in." It is nearly impossible to predict how that top 20 will sort itself out, especially considering most of these guys havent raced one another so far this season, save brockport and geneseo a few times.

As for using your brain, it's called reading comprehension, but luckily for you, there is always someone who will explain things to those who just dont have it.

geneseo could have 5 or 6 in front of cortlands third, and i think thats pretty much what they're hoping for...remember those 10 second packs they had at buff state and oswego?

I think we've sniffed out an angry cortland runner, mr wanders...

Can we just run this meet already so we dont have to hear all this trash talk between Cortland, Geneseo, and RIT?

I know it's nearly impossible but i would love it for Brockport to stun the nation and beat Cortland and Geneseo just so both teams would shut up and quit talking smack and just run.

It should be a great meet..

here's how i think things will shake out.

1.Geneseo

2.Cortland

3.Brockport

4.Plattsburgh

5.Oswego

6.Fredonia

7.Oneonta

8.Buffalo State

9.Potsdam

10.New Paltz

11.SUNYIT

Other than watching how Geneseo/Cortland shakes out...It should be a fun race for 4th-7th between Plattsburgh, Oswego, Fredonia, and Oneonta.

yeah can't really say much execpt it's gonna be an very competitive and exciting meet. Spots 4-7 are a complete toss up. Kolb will be a big x-factor for Brockport in the big meet. Maybe give Plattsburgh a slight edge at #4 just because of you know who, but it all depends which team's #1-3 has the best day.

Anyone check out the course yet this week? The forecast calls for lots of mud I'm assuming.

At this point in the season, I don't think you can have a top 20 without putting Colin Sanders from Vassar in it.

My bad, I thought that was a top 20 for regionals, didn't realize it was a different meet.

Of course there's more competition at SUNYACs, Ricky. I was just giving a little preview of the other meet, since everyone else was making predicitions about SUNY-G vs. C-State.

Doubles are for runner's too weak to surpass 100 mpw on their own. If you think that good runners used doubles to become fast you must go to a SUNY school.

you have no idea what you're talking about

Doubles aren't designed to simply increase mileage for mileage's sake. They're designed as an easy run to flush out the legs and speed recovery.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Given the original post: Doubles are for runner's too weak to surpass 100 mpw on their own, I thought someone else must run the miles for you since you personally couldn't make it to 100 mpw on your own.
