Lets say I turn up to an all black event and in my speech claim that all black people are sub-human savages and should have stayed as slaves, somebody in the crowd pulls out a shotgun and blows me away. Who is the bad guy people??

I know there is no free speech in the USA and the 1st amendment is just for show. It’s the same for law. Law doesn’t serve the people but it’s masters and legislators or politicians own greed and power. I fully understand all these and that’s why I’m saying we should bring back the 1st amendment and free speech. At the very least we need legislation that will protect free speech. Charlie could not resist trying to equivocate with a nebulous answer even a moment before his own death. He was an astute student of rhetoric with the worst possible intentions. His mission was to linguistically dismantle anyone who dared to suggest that having the second amendment leads to unnecessary violence. His hypocrisy knew no bounds.

He was minimizing the impact of gang violence because it mainly affects black people, and he didn't care about those types of mass shootings.
