The usual, he's just arguing with the voices in his head. The voices in his head are saying Jakob is the best distance runner, which literally nobody else have said, the voices are saying Jakob doesn't live up to his criteria for being an all time great runner, the very same criteria that the vast majority of runners Army claims are better than Jakob also doesn't live up to, the voices are saying Jakob doesn't live up to his critera of greatness in the 5000, with his 3 global finals win and 3 European Championships wins at age 23...

That's true, many runners have dropped out of races. Guys like Walker, Coe, Ovett, Cram. Ingebrigtsen never did it.

OK, you couldn't fix one of your old - really strange - limitations: you think when someone finishes on place 38 (you think your friend did - he didn't) there were 38 ahead of him. You have had this issue before. When sitting on your chair in your kitchen, just close your eyes and think for 10 minutes about it. I'm positive (hmmm...) you can fix the issue.

It's so funny how he'll say things like Ryun, but only specifically in the year 66 and 67, is greater than Jakob. Or how he doesn't care that Farah didn't win a global final for the first 12 years of his career. He has no problems with cherry picking the best parts of other runners careers and put them up against Jakobs worst parts to claim Jakob is worse than them.
