The above post reaffirms my statement. IF you've ever spent a minute in Div. I athletics, you understand when the head is out, the chances of being retained at a Power 5 is unlikely. Miller will be considered, due to the his contribution I'm sure. Who knows if Miller wants to head the program? Some people don't want the headache.

No, his production is not the issue. He can get any job in the country. Indiana was his dream job because he ran for Indiana for one year in grad school.
Stop slandering Heins. Your implication that he's a bad coach only makes you look like a fool because his track record speaks for itself.
He could have stayed at Louisville or even have been promoted, but he already had better offers elsewhere.

95% of the people making decisions for DI track/XC programs don’t give a sh!t about production. Just hitting sport sponsorship, Title IX compliance & keeping problems off their desk is what you’re paid to do.

Inside source at Louisville states they are looking for a female minority but will not settle. Order in which they are looking is:
1. Black Female
2. National Championship Experience
