at the second debate I believe they all raised their hands when asked if they would decriminalize hopping the border.

The proposal is to drop the misdemeanor from the criminal code and keep the civil violation in place. This would mean that Tiny could no longer separate families but could still hold them for prosecution and deportation.

I agree with you on most things, but that is a bridge too far for me. Military action should always be the last resort, only used after all other efforts have failed and only if there is imminent danger to human life. Lives can not be brought back, but trees can be planted.
