Defamation was your claim.
Trump is a public figure. People are allowed to call him a child rapist if they think he is. It’s not defamation. Nobody has to prove anything. That’s how it works.
I can call him a child rapist until I’m blue in the face and unless he proves 100% to me that he is not, there’s nothing you, he, or anyone else can do about it.
So quit asking me for proof. I don’t need to prove anything to you.
The only person that’s required to prove anything is Trump, if he wants to stop being called a child rapist.

Are you dense. Things are illegal whether there are charges. He violated the emoluments clause by accepting gifts and outside investments in his private business while in office.
It’s not debatable. Will he be charged, probably not.
