He’s popular with his peers too. Probably the two most universally loved YouTubers, as in I’ve never seen a bad word said against them (RanToJapan and Aubrey bigger than running) have done sit down interviews with Nick.

oh and finally, I’ve met him at Battersea and he was really encouraging and kind. I got my first (and only) sub 24 parkrun that day. Made me want to push for more. Not easy as I’m a 32 year old male so no spring chicken and sub 25 at that age is no easy feat and a pretty decent achievement in itself. Inspiring guy to see run live

Regardless of all of the trolling on the Floberg videos on here I stumbled upon his Strava account the other day and found something I believed to be more alarming.

i think he could get 2:30, especially if the weather stays nice and mild. I will say, people (including Floberg, I think) underestimate how hard it is just to maintain a PR when you’re on the very thin edge of your training and capability. Just because you’ve run a 2:34 before doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed to do it again - each marathon is a mental and physical battle, and the closer you are to your limits (and I suspect Floberg is pretty close) the tougher it is to mentally get yourself to the point where you want to suffer for 2 and a half hours.

that’s where I’ll actually give Floberg some credit vs some other YouTubers (cough, Kofuzi) who hit a goal one time and then just give up mentally. Floberg’s out there giving it his all, sweaty sheets be damned.

I was at a race he did in Battersea watching, it was an 5k won in low 14, a pretty well known face in the UK running scene called him out to his face about 30 seconds after he finished, I went over and listened to it all unfold, he had his camera crew on a bike during the race and the bike went over the finish line which was incredibly dangerous. I think this fella was involved in the race organising of it to some degree, he was read the rioting act big time. It was hilarious to see him held to account for once. He was told that it was against the rules of the race, yet days later when people called him out in the comments of his YouTube upload, he was saying he was told by the race he was allowed to do it.

The power ranger full kit tit has no boundaries of how big his head can get.

No surprises that anyone that isn’t a hobby jogger thinks he’s a complete joke.
