Easy 30' - had an appointment, so kept it real short. My legs have been tired too, even though I haven't been doing all that much. Maybe tomorrow I'll throw in some strides to wake up those lazy FT fibers.
21:30, block route, pressed for time.
Longish recovery run planned for today -- up to 90 minutes at a comfortable pace. Lifting and stretching to follow. No massage today as my coach is away. Bummer. I REALLY like her massages. :)
20 wu, 3x5:00/5:00 all under 5:10 pace, 19 cd- 11 miles total. Plan on log run tomorrow.
