For the last 9 years, after every misstep liberal pundits have predicted his downfall, I among them. He has not really lost the support of 90% of his base. They are in lock step no matter what. Trump was right about being able to shoot someone on fifth avenue without losing his base, this verdict has only confirmed it. There is one way to beat him and it isn't in a courtroom, it is at the ballot box. They are going to vote and in numbers. Lukewarm support of the uninspiring candidate will not cut it.
