For all the things Chicago does well (elite recruitment, great course etc.). This is probably the worst broadcast of a marathon I have seen in recent years. They need to let Ed and Carrie lead the commentary and tell all others to take a hike, they lack perspective and understanding, and won't waste time popping bottles or taking in the sights of Chicago
Kelvin Kiptum is about to break the marathon world record and they want to go to china Town!

I'll take you down! I'll take you down to Chinatown!
Disrespectful to not focus on the wheelchair racer Kiptum just overtook

And keep Diego.
Ok, 15:41 is not a record split, but what about 27:52??
Kiptum is putting in an amazing performance. How will Kipchoge respond?
Kara has to know how bad this broadcast is right?
Wow. Massive WR happening in 5 minutes
No wonder this sport is in shambles. Imagine if during the Super Bowl they cut away from the actual game to interview the people watching a nearby pickup game? Unbelievable

For those still watching the NCB stream...
1. Download the browser "opera" (it's both safe and free - feel free to research)
2. Activate the VPN in settings
3. Set location to "Asia"
4. Watch live on the Olympic channel (I can't post the link because LRC hates me)
Bump
Ok, next year it's Sub 2 in Berlin, you read it here first ;-)
2:00:39 pace. End of the Kipchoge era!
I want a urine test, blood test, and everything else for Kiptum.
