While Trump is accused of charges under the Espionage Act , Trump is not charged with “espionage.”
Trump is not charged with “espionage.” The Espionage Act contains a wide range of charges, from spying to doing what Trump is accused of - willfully retaining national defense information. The willful retention offense (793e) does not require you to be a spy or disseminate to anyone.

Trump is accused of
Willful retention of national defense information: This charge, covering counts 1-31, only applies to Trump and is for allegedly storing 31 such documents at Mar-a-Lago. Conspiracy to obstruct justice: Trump and Nauta, along with others, are charged with conspiring to keep those documents from the grand jury.
Withholding a document or a record: Trump and Nauta are accused of misleading one of their attorneys by moving boxes of classified documents so the attorney could not find or introduce them to the grand jury.
Corruptly concealing a document or record: This pertains to the Trump and Nauta's alleged attempts to hide the boxes of classified documents from the attorney.
Concealing a document in a federal investigation: They are accused of hiding Trump's continued possession of those documents at Mar-a-Lago from the FBI and causing a false certificate to be submitted to the FBI.
Scheme to conceal: This is for the allegation that Trump and Nauta hid Trump's continued possession of those materials from the FBI and the grand jury.
False statements and representations: This count concerns statements that Trump allegedly caused another one of his attorneys to make to the FBI and grand jury in early June regarding the results of the search at Mar-a-Lago.
False statements and representations: This final count accuses Nauta of giving false answers during a voluntary interview with the FBI in late May.
Hmm. Charged under the Espionage Act, but not charged with espionage.
Seems legit
Running an individual race at the “Penn Relays”? Seems legit.
If your only defense is "but the other guy did..." then you are guilty. It doesn't matter what other people do, you (or Trump in this case) shouldn't do it also.
It does matter when there is a political bias, and the FBI and DOJ have been weaponized against political opponents, or haven't you been paying attention to what's really happening?
What was Comey thinking? Did he want HRC to win? Did he care how his statement on the evidence the FBI had gathered would impact her candidacy?
I hope you know that there are a lot of liberals that are not fans of the Clintons. If there’s legitimate evidence of a crime, I support charging them in court. And that goes for politicians whom I actually do support.

You are either a troll planted to drum up responses or the stupidest person alive.
Does this sound like a witch hunt from the far left deep state?
"Trump's hand-picked Judges have stopped him 64 times, His hand-picked SCOTUS has ruled against him, His aides have testified against him, his hand-picked administration has testified against him, his own lawyers have flipped on him or walked out, His Senior Advisor has flipped on him, his White House Counsel has flipped on him, his own AG has turned on him, his 'Acting' Secretary of Defense has flipped on him, and his Own Daughter has turned her back on him"
Are you saying that Trump didn’t do anything wrong (like he says) or that he did commit crimes but he shouldn’t be prosecuted because you feel others got away with crimes?
Based on the number of times he has been accused and later found innocent, I'm taking his word on this one.
Be careful with that, Tiger. It's Trump's words that are nailing him on this. If you can ever force yourself to read the Indictment, you will see Trump quoted all over the document. Most of this case is built on Trump's statements. If you take Trump's word on this one, he's guilty.
"One of the first things we must do is enforce all classification rules and to enforce all laws relating to the handling of classified information."
"as president I could have declassified it. Now I can't."
"Any access granted to our Nation's secrets should be in furtherance of national, not personal, interests."
"Wouldn't it be better if we just told them we don't have anything here?"
"Walt, stash those boxes next to my toilet."
"Any and all responsive documents accompany this certification."
“I'm pretty sure that if I got fired from my job but refused to leave & then sent a bunch of crazy people to bash in the windows, build a gallows to hang my coworker & smear poop on the walls, and then when I finally did leave, I took a mountain of nuclear secrets with me, refused to give them back, moved them all around my gilded golf motel including into my chandelier sh!tter & showed them off to my pals all while lying about having them in the first place, I wouldn't be allowed to tour the country saying I was never really fired and that I deserve to get my old job back. But what do I know.”
If we can, for a moment, distance ourselves from the particulars and the individuals, to fully fathom the enormity of this, it is breathtaking.
Not only did an individual have the lack of foresight to remove classified documents (which contained nothing less that nuclear secrets and information about planned invasions) from their proper places they should have been residing at, he had the stupidity to deny it and try to conceal it over several months and over several attempts by the FBI and others to retrieve it. And the crowning achievement that just is beyond belief - he admits to his transgressions ON TAPE! The discussions in which he admits to the wrong doings get recorded on a tape and the tape is found and used as evidence against him. And it is particularly damming. His own words and admissions acknowledging his guilt.
This idiot has set new standards in stupidity and should not be allowed anywhere near where he can do further damage.

Unbelievable.
Do you mean during his Presidency he might not have been playing 3-D chess with his opponents like his supporters claimed?
Even long term Trump supporters who are honest, admit that this is serious bad stuff. Trump is in trouble (no they are not rhinos):
"Why should any of this matter? As Trump’s former attorney general, Barr’s willingness to speak out tells Republicans still capable of reason that the case is real, it’s serious, it cannot be brushed off and that the Justice Department didn’t engage in misconduct. Barr could break through the right-wing media bubble that shelters millions of Republicans from reality. They have convinced themselves that Trump is innocent and/or that this will all go away. Even after word of the indictment spread, Republican politicians continued to attack the Justice Department as if it, not Trump, were on trial. Barr is there to shake them by the lapels, effectively telling them, “No, he’s in big trouble because he did something very, very wrong.”
Barr also said 2020 election was not stolen? How many people's mind did he change on that?

Barr is a turncoat. A spy really. his intentions are no different than the other insiders and those who support them.

Absolutely. Every one who has worked with Trump and then has later said negative things about Trump has been corrupted by the Deep State and the Soros Society. Mike Pence, for example, would make this country into an atheistic, Communist mecca if were given the chance.

Any idea why Trump has hundreds of turncoats that were once part of his political party cabinet, administration, Business, customers, crew, family etc that despise him?

The people who really turned on Trump were the Capitol rioters. Hundreds of them have said Trump lied to them and is to blame for the rioting related crimes.
Graham is making stuff up. trump isn’t being accused of espionage.
he is another one trying to distract with the but Hillary…
the other cases he mentions are substantially different.
Shows how little you know.
Igloo, Kari Lake is saying that she and other armed people are not going to let the DOJ prosecute Donald Trump. They are going to stop the DOJ with guns, which presumably means at least an armed confrontation of some kind. I'm just unclear when Lake and her armed friends are going to stop the DOJ. This Tuesday at the Indictment hearing? Or are they going to wait until trial? Or maybe even wait to see what the trial verdict is before intervening with guns? Do you know, Iglio?
