Also I vote for Molly Huddles husband- Kurt Benninger. Used to see him run at ND and the dude had a kick like a MF. Of course he should get all his wins against Drug Cheat Martin Fagan. Also I vote for Paula Radcliffe with the Head bob, it worked.
Didn't think anyone else would remember Benninger. But yeah, silky smooth.

I think that 400 and 800m runners tend to look the most graceful as they often have to run at full stride/fast pace.
The 3 whose stride I could watch all day are:-
Juantorena - the biggest and most powerful stride I've ever seen. Must have been close to 9 feet.
KIpketer - effortless and graceful when at full speed, showing no strain on his face.
Coe - referred to as "the Nureyev of the track' by one newspaper during his career; seemed to float above the track when in full flow and showed controlled power and speed when he kicked.

For distance, Bekele. No one ever made 60 second lap after 60 second lap after 60 second lap look so relaxed and easy.
For mid-distance, Rudisha.
For sprints, Bolt.
