Let me guess, you lost weight and can run 400 meter 57 seconds opposed to 54 in 2013. Wow good job. So impressed.
lol this guy is comparing to crossfit. In the NFL , every single person in the weight range of 200 - 250 pounds could run a 400 meter in 57 seconds. Why haven't they tried? Because no one pays someone to run a 57 second 400.

but they don't count, they are too tall pencil necks, and they dope and have 3d shoulders.
Cooper Williams ran 45 at 190 pounds.
I ran 1:55 for 800m and 51 for 400m at over 190 pounds. You’re just straight up slow, Matt
Matt, when I take the record from you, in June 2020, what will you do then? You will be shamed as I hold the record at 192, 5'9".
Purpose? You would no longer have any in this life. Mistake, you have made by making myself aware of the unofficial World Record and now total fixation on taking it, from you.
Fool. Proof? I will upload to youtube, both the run and my weight at the start line.
Once has happened what will become of Matt London? Ashes to ashes; dust to dust. I will be remember, while you will not. Perhaps after I break the record you will want to train me under your tutelage to further expand on my talents.
I will not accept this position. I am the dom, while you, a mere sub.

What exactly is really athletic about sub 57 at 190 plus?
It's really slow and not really of much use in any sort of athletic event.
It's athletic because nobody currently in the crossfit world can even approach this time at over 190.
And they are the fittest in the world.
Fitness is not athleticism or being particularly good at any one thing.
CFers are the fittest at exercising. They are not actually good at any of the movements.

Vids or it never happened. Anyone can say this.
Right now you're just trolling. Show a youtube page of you lifting or sprinting.
Hardly anyone deliberately records themselves doing mediocre feats. You may be the only one on here known for this.

I'm going light on you all.
I'm giving you all a 25 pound weight advantage and a 4 second advantage because I don't expect anyone here to reach my level of overall fitness.
I don't expect anyone here to even approach my time of 53.44 at 6'0 and 214 lbs.
And everything I say I back up with proof.
Here's the higher quality version of the 53.44 from 2013.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLntUyjekFQI mean if we could just get one person here who has proof of a sub 57 second 400 at over 190lbs then that's going to great.

This is good info.
But the problem with this is that we have already covered things like this before in other threads.
Notice how the list states a height and weight?
IT states a height and weight because that's their football playing weight.
And then what they did was take that players 400 time from track season at a lighter body weight and put it in for their football profile.
Everyone knows that in the process of training for the 400 you will lose 15 to even 25 pounds during the course of the season.
They never take height and weight measurements for track and field.
They only do it during the football season.
Therefore this isn't accurate. The stat of that guy running at 203 pounds was the weight that he was during football season in OCT.
Not his weight during track season. He could have been 183 during track and then gained 20 lbs for football season.
See how that works?
We already covered this. Unless they took a height and weight measurement before all of those 400 meter dashes then they don't count. But yeah nice try.
Notice how i'm just basically smarter than you are? See that?
matt, you'll be happier if you just drop all that blubber and actually do your best.

So you think the guy running 50 flat at weight that you accept will be at least 180lbs would not be able to run sub 57 at 190?

You need to settle this debate once and for all. Petition USATF to start a "Cydesdale" and "Athena" division national championship. It seems like weight is a popular topic in track and field right now, and USATF might be receptive.

I remember when I was 15 being excited about breaking 55. No self respecting adult should be proud of that. You’re not an impressive athlete. Basically you’re just slow. See that?
Joey Woody ran 46 at 190 pounds. He was NCAA champ in 400h at 180 pounds.

^this is a real athlete. Matt you’re absolutely pathetic. See that??
Heath Irwin is listed at 6'5" 300 lbs and his wikipedia page says he did discus and shot put in high school, so it is not at all out of the realm of possibility that the poster above is Heath Irwin and that he did in fact run well under 57 at 295, as he says, since he was a track and field athlete.
"Irwin was a high school All-American (by Super Prep and Tom Lemming's Prep Football Report) at Boulder High School, where he played offensive guard and defensive tackle.[1] He also competed in the shot put and discus throw in high school.[2] "
