Just reviewing this forum, is a typical week possible? I'm confused about whether Aidan is running five days each week or six days each week along with his one cross-training day.

Started with above average snark level. Then got gritty training.
My favorite was the poster who tried correcting Tinman on Tinman's training program. Classic.
But he never responded, so I assume I was right/he had no arguments. Or he is too busy to reply, keep in mind he is in Boulder now and got a LOT of things on his hands (coaching his elite athletes, writing training for his paying customers, not sure if he is still working on his PhD but that would also be something, etc..)
Because he said that "6x1000 and 5x200" is equal to a 9-12 mile distance run in a thread where he already mentioned that Puffer's CV workout is about 12 miles including WU and CD, I would assume he means the actual effort itself, not including the WU and CD. So the day's effort would equal something like a 15-17 mile distance run.
I could be wrong, but that makes significantly more sense than how you interpreted what he said.
Hi I know I'm late to this but I am also 14 yrs olds, not as fast but I currently run 50-58mpw and its not bad we do 2 all out workouts and a 12 -13 mi long run each week , if injured I will take a day or two off and cross train. Honestly you just have to accept the fact that your really pushing your self
