Centro reveals why he left NOP

I just think it's refreshing to see how candid Centrowitz would say. He articulated his situation pretty well, and wasn't afraid to answer any questions.

About the doping stuff, I think he's clean. I know this isn't the most reliant metric to use when deciding who is clean or not, but it seems like Nick Willis thinks he's clean and if he thinks so then that is good enough for me.

Centro beating Kiprop and Makhloufi is not *on its own* indication that he was on drugs.

Centro beat Kiprop because Kiprop banked on the same 'strategy' he's always used working out--i.e., not having to worry about position and being able to kick for the win from 300m out. It didn't work because of how fast the final lap was (among the fastest last laps in Olympic history), which made positioning more important than usual. Also, Kiprop had lost a step (sorry, it's true)

Centro beat Makhloufi--barely--because he had the advantage of pole position (I believe Makh's last lap was faster than Centro's), and because Makhkoufi had 3 rounds of elite 800s in his legs.

Yeah Centro knows what Murphy did to his ex-girlfriend (cheating, violence, etc.) and even went out with her after they broke up. But hey at least Murphy doesn't swear!
