You’re making no sense here

If I leave a job at $125k, it's only if I will get $150k. Then leave only for $175k. Just saying, that's a nice paycheck.
Tried to search for salaries, could only find 2012 but Hadsell was making 75k. Safe to assume a pretty big paycut for AGM

Anyone have any updates regarding transfers after NCAAs? I see a couple like Ventres, McArthur to Colorado, as well as some to Washington, but not many more atm.
Sarah Carter, who was a standout prep at Xavier College Prep in Phoenix, transferred to Colorado State from Washington per her Instagram. She was recruited by the previous coaching staff.

Why would Eric Edwards Jr transfer from Oregon to Steroid U L$U talk about a step down now sure he will get faster with all their roids I remember like a year or 2 ago LSU Women's 4 by 1 team looked like Dudes lol gross I bet LSU is happy the NCAA doesn't test for Steroids?
Steroid U?
The NCAA has been testing for steroids for over 30 years!
You don't have a clue about what you speak of.
Any update on a top recruit from 2018, Jericho Cleveland? He's not listed on their website anymore.
Kasey Knevelbaard is heading to Florida State.
Per their Twitter and Instragram accounts, FSU seems to be rebuilding to contend.

Is Andrea gonna start her process of getting all of the UNC transfers to go to Toledo? RUN4Toledo!?!?!?!
Those transfers did so for UNC, not Andrea or Bobby. I am very excited to see Andrea get Toledo up and going. With a fully-funded 18 scholarships, no excuse not to build a powerhouse. UNC and ISU run themselves.
It's very tough to get a top kid to go to a school that isn't in the top 40 academically or in a name conference. Just the way it is. I don't care who the coach is.
If she is going to build a "powerhouse" it is going to have to be with foreigners.

Why is this? Grad school ?
SUU/altitude worked very well for him. Don’t see a FSU move as being a good move unless it is for school...

If you’re fully funded(Toledo is) then this is definitely the way to go. A HS kid knows too much about popular names of schools and conferences they don’t understand that sound coaching is more important or they think the popular school already has the best coaches which isn’t always the case. Foreigners just wanna come and run fast and get an education. They’re typically a bit tougher as well i wrecken. I would have about 60% foreigners and 40% Americans.
Foreigners typically come at a high price. American distance runners receive academic discounts while most Africans do not.

You talk as if Africans are the only foreigners that come into the NCAA? UT has always had a solid women’s program, but have taken a couple down years since that whole coaching scandal. The Toledo area surprisingly has great places to train, is overall a decent school, and isn’t too bad of a place to live. Really hope this change can help get the girls team back on the national scene! Go Rockets
No, just that Africans don't do well on the ACT while many of the other foreign runners do.
I believe it is for graduate school.

Do you have any sort of statistical proof for this claim you just made? I’d be interested to see.

Congrats this proves nothing for what we were looking for. These are SAT scores and splits them up into race/ethnicity, not the country they are from.

You obviously don’t have a handle on recruiting, so also can’t be a D1 coach. Australians and European foreign runners scores measure up well, many I’ve recruited have scored well over 1350. If you’re going to recruit two athletes with the same times, let’s say 4:30 for 1500. At a school like Toledo you’ll get a foreigner who has run that time a lot easier than an American, said American feels they’re just P5 school material. And you would have to pay about the same for them unless the American is in state. And again the in state would probably come out of pocket more to go to a P5 school then to get a cheaper education at a smaller school
